In the &#8220;Send Mail as&#8221; section, click on the &#8220;Add another email address you own&#8221; link.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1475\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.technerdservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/02_enableSendMailAs.png\" alt=\"02_enableSendMailAs\" width=\"989\" height=\"639\" \/><\/li>\n<li>In the pop-up, add the Name and Email address of your\u00a0<em>secondary<\/em> email address, and click the &#8220;Next Step&#8221; button<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1451\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.technerdservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/03_addSecondaryEmail.png\" alt=\"03_addSecondaryEmail\" width=\"635\" height=\"319\" \/>NOTE: The &#8220;Treat as an alias&#8221; prevents a double forwarding of emails from the secondary account to the primary account. This check box needs to be unchecked if you are in a situation where you are sending emails for another person (like and administrator and assistant).<\/li>\n<li>The next screen will explain that a verification email needs to be send. Since you will need to go to the email to find the confirmation code anyway, it will be easier to simply click the link in the verification email. Therefore, we much forward mail going to the secondary email account inbox to the primary email account.<\/p>\n<p>NOTE: These instructions are for another GMAIL account. However, almost all mail services have a forward all feature. If you are not using another gmail account as the secondary account, search for the appropriate forwarding instructions for your email provider.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the Secondary Email account, click on the Settings gear in the top right corner of Gmail and select &#8220;Settings&#8221;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1474\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.technerdservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/01_settings.png\" alt=\"01_settings\" width=\"299\" height=\"399\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click on the Forwarding and Pop\/IMAP tab and click the &#8220;Add a forwarding address&#8221; button<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1489\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.technerdservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/10_addForward.png\" alt=\"10_addForward\" width=\"845\" height=\"212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.technerdservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/10_addForward.png 845w, https:\/\/blog.technerdservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/10_addForward-300x75.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 845px) 100vw, 845px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Enter the primary email address into the email field. Create a filter to add a label to emails forwarded from the secondary account.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the search field, click on the drop-down menu (A). Type in the secondary email address in the &#8220;To&#8221; field (B) and click the &#8220;Create filter with this search \u00bb&#8221; link (C).<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1500\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.technerdservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/20_clickCreateFilter.png\" alt=\"20_clickCreateFilter\" width=\"872\" height=\"322\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.technerdservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/20_clickCreateFilter.png 872w, https:\/\/blog.technerdservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/20_clickCreateFilter-300x111.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 872px) 100vw, 872px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Check the Check box beside &#8220;Apply the label&#8221; and in the drop down menu, select a label to assign emails addressed to the secondary email account. This signature can be added in the primary email account.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the Primary\u00a0Email account, click on the Settings gear in the top right corner of Gmail and select &#8220;Settings&#8221;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1474\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.technerdservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/01_settings.png\" alt=\"01_settings\" width=\"299\" height=\"399\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Scroll halfway down to the signature section.
